I ordered 10 different items for my daughters 4th birthday party. I received 1 item in a jiffy envelope, and assumed the rest would follow, after a few days I checked and realised the website showed all 10 items were delivered, but they had not. I spoke to customer service who said they would look into it and get back to me by the end of the day. They didn’t call back so I called again at 4:30pm. The agent confirmed that they would resend the entire order for free. I received it within 24 hours, however there was still 1 item missing. I had to ask for a refund and buy the missing item elsewhere.

Really rude and unhelpful customer services agents. Ordered helium for my daughters birthday party with next day delivery. The item didn't get delivered (ruined the party).

Such an easy site and very simple to use . Left it a little late for my daughters birthday balloons and often the hindrance of purchasing helium balloons and weights puts me off . Ordered last minute and available delivery for the next day . Balloons came packaged carefully already presented and you only had to open the box that was the most part of the hard work ! Plenty of choice and not overpriced as some retailers are . Will be a regular customer from now on.

I had a problem with my delivery whereby FedEx unfortunately left my package in my bin which was then destroyed ( through no fault of Partyrama)

As soon I raised this with Partyrama I had a quick response and was reassured that my delivery would still arrive in time. Once I had a resolution from FedEx that they were at fault it was then sent at no extra cost for next day delivery.

The items were of good quality for a baby shower and very pleased with both the items and the customer service of this company. Thank you Katie and Clare for your help. I will be sure to return to this company for future events.

Great customer service. Used them for the first time, goods came a day early and was happy with the goods. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

My husband is expecting a birthday balloon but didn’t deliver. Got a message that it will deliver between 15:45 to 16:45, so I waited and waited but nothing, saying the driver cannot find our address, very disappointing as we will be leaving on holiday and we will
Not be able to receive it.

Well what can I say. This company has the best customer service I have come across in years. I ordered a couple of little bits from their webiste, which arrived within the stated time scale. Unfortunately one of the items was broken. I emailed the company immediately and got a reply within an hour. They apologised and said they would be prepared to send a replacement out. The following day I received confirmation that they had done this. Lo and behold the next day the replacement item arrived in perfect condition. Well done Katie @Partyrama fabulous job.

Created a 4ft by 2ft personalised retirement banner using a photo with ease. Speedy delivery (clicked standard and it came in 2 days) amazing quality and finish.

Amazing service from start to finish. There was an issue with uploading a picture for a balloon but received a phone call (lovely lady called) and emails to rectify it. Item received on time and daughter is over the moon with it (she bought it as a gift for her friend). 100% recommended.

I was happy to your service it came on time but I was really disappointed that how it was shown on the website with brown box it didn’t come like that and the box it came with it was all scratch I’m happy to say I won’t be ordering my products from you guys anymore
